I’m a STOTT Pilates Certified Instructor working with a variety of clients on their health and fitness goals. After seeing how many people injure themselves doing competitive sports, intensive fitness programs and working physically straining jobs I realized how Pilates can help by balancing opposing muscle groups, creating symmetry in the body and improving strength and balance. Over my career I have worked with different types of clients including pre and post natal, clients with low back pain, shoulder, knee, and hip issues. I’m so fascinated with how functional Pilates movements are and very passionate to share my personal results and experience with my clients.
